Refunds If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will issue a full refund promptly. You do not need to return the physical product.

No Returns Required We do not require customers to ship items back. If there's a problem with your order, we'll make it right with a refund — no hassle, no return shipping.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse, incorrect size/color selections made by the customer, or items that have been used and are not defective.

Processing Time Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
